HOW CAN WE CHANGE OUR LIFESTYLE

For most people, starting to be more physically active is the easy part but maintaining physical activity at the same rate is what most people struggle with. Therefore it is important to take it slow and make these changes in your life gradually. 


In order to follow these guidelines, individuals must cooperate lifestyle changes. Making some changes to our daily routine can make a big difference in our lives

  •           Make more friends that are physically active 
  •         Get 7 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep can be a big cause of fatigue and tiredness
  •           Drink water regularly
  •         Do your morning stretches
  •               If you have children go outside and play with them
  •       Make sure you are consuming the required amount of fruit and veggies because a healthy diet is linked to how physically active you can be. A better diet increases energy levels (Ory, Hoffman, Hawkins, Sanner, & Mockenhaupt, 2003).
