The Australia’s Physical Activity & Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines for Adults (18-64 years) are as follows: 1.       Doing any physical activity is better than doing none. If you currently do no physical activity, start by doing some, and gradually build up to the recommended amount (Department of Health | Australia's Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines, 2020). ·              It is important that we alter our lifestyle even if we begin with minor modifications such taking the stairs instead of the lift or parking further away from our destination. Therefore it is important to take it slow and make these changes in your life gradually.  In order to follow these guidelines, individuals must cooperate lifestyle changes. Making some changes to our daily routine can make a big difference in our lives            Make more friends that are physically active            Get 7 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep can be a big cause of fatigue and tiredness             Drink water regularly         Do your morning stretches                If you have children go outside and play with them       Make sure you are consuming the required amount of fruit and veggies because a healthy diet is linked to how physically active you can be

Whereas people that may be from low income household and suffer from chronic conditions may find it harder to participate in physical activity therefore jeopardising their health.
